Updated COVID 19 Procedures at the Holland Law Firm, PLLC

Updated Holland Law Firm, PLLC COVID19 Procedures

Starting today, Wednesday, March 10, 2021, the mask mandate has been lifted in the State of Texas. Masks are no longer required in public spaces and businesses can operate at 100 percent.

However, private businesses are allowed to establish their own policy and procedures regarding face coverings and other COVID19 procedures.

At the Holland Law Firm, PLLC we are still taking precautions and have the following policy in place:

1. Unless absolutely necessary, all meetings will be conducted via Zoom.

2. When a meeting occurs in person, only the necessary individuals will be allowed in the office. For example, if both spouses must sign the applications, both of them can enter into the office. Friends, children, etc. will not be allowed into the office. Translators, when required, can appear via Zoom or phone.

3. All individuals who enter the office must wear a face covering during the entire meeting. If you do not have a face covering, we will reschedule you for another time.

4. All individuals entering the office will have their temperature taken with a contactless thermometer. We will also continue using the COVID19 checklist, which asks questions about any COVID symptoms and recent international travel.

We are looking forward to the pandemic being over and seeing all of your wonderful faces on a regular basis, but out of an abundance of caution we will continue to take serious COVID19 precautions.

Please feel free to contact our office at (832) 328-7877 or email us at info@tjhollandlaw.com with any questions or concerns.
